Bahama Bone Fishing

Kamalame Cay villa

This particular destination rests upon a small 96-acre piece of heaven. Just off the Coast of Andros Island in the Bahamas, this barrier island is accessible only by the lodge's private ferry or seaplane. With three miles of sugarsoft sandy beach stretching along its eastern shore, it is the perfect choice for guests who value elegance, adventure, privacy and some of the best bone fishing in the world.

This is truly the home to worldclass bone fishing. Andros is renowned for having the largest bonefish in the Bahamas. Fish averaging a solid 4 pounds, with many fish in the 9 plus pound class, are common. The lodge also offers great light tackle off shore fishing for dorado, wahoo, king mackerel, tuna and grouper - all within sight of the lodge.

A handful of gracefully decorated private villas that face the rhythmic ocean surf dot this island escape. This venue offers the perfect blend of elegance and adventure.
